I have been using this for years and even though I had to wait on turbo tax updating the Covid 19 forms, it was again very easy to prepare my taxes.

Lost all of my personal information and after jumping through hoops to get on the phone with someone they told me they didn't know why or how it happened and couldn't help us. Then they said they'd give us 50% off code, which didn't work. When we called back to obtain a new 50% off code, they said they could only give us 20% off. I will never recommend Turbo Tax to anyone and I'll never be back.
