Each year the cost of the product increase significantly and the fees to file electronically have dramatically increased. This year it cost me $177 to purchase the product and file my taxes. Based on the significant yearly increase this is the last year I will be using TurboTax. Considering these fees I will bring my taxes to a professions accountant next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service When I logged into turbo tax it told me I needed live assist which means I had to pay an extra $90 for a product I did not need. I was sent a 20% off coupon by turbotax, which when I entered did not lower the cost. When I selected Chat the agent disconnected the chat without assisting me. Next year, I will try a different company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! Turbo Tax was easy. All you need is your W-2s, 1099-R, and income and expense for your own business. Turbo Tax asks you questions concerning your income, expenses, and possible deductions. Just answer the questions and your done! It took me just over 2 hours to complete.
