Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX WAS A HEADACHE THIS YEAR IHAVE USED TURBOTAX SINCE 2008. NO PROBLEM. DUE TO A NEW LAPTOP I WAS FORCED TO USE THE DOWNLOAD. MY ACCOUNT COULD NOT BE LOCATED AND ONLY DUE TO THE HELP OF SOME VERY NICE TURBOTAX EMPLOYEES WOULD I ABLE TO PROCEED.
