Rated 1 out of 5 by from First Time I have had a problem with TurboTax I have used TurboTax for many years, for Federal and State return completion and electronic filings. I have been a huge fan and recommended it to others. Until this year. It took weeks and many efforts on my part to finally get my Delaware taxes completed and filed electronically using TurboTax Deluxe CD this year, and I accomplished it figuring it out on my own, since answers I received in response to requests for help from you were useless. Those of us who purchase Deluxe pay more for it and still pay again when filing the state return electronically, something I did not mind doing until this year. Thus, my one-star rating versus many past years of far higher ratings.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a happy customer this year! I've never paid for Turbotax before and this y eww ar was charged $277. I'm not self employed but it kept putting that in. Not sure what changed this year but it needs to be changed back. Otherwise as always very easy to use and quick filing.
