Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Amazing This is my second year using Turbo Tax and I must admit that I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, because I thought it was going to be so hard to do. I had been terrified to do my taxes for several years, so I paid a tax preparer to do them for me. Turbo tax has made each experience a easy and simple one. Turbo tax walks you through each section step by step and gives you the option to speak with someone live or by texting, also if you want to search a question , you have that option too. Turbo Tax is literally fool proof . I love Turbo Tax and I am so glad that I decided to use their service. I would recommend anyone to just give them a try. If I can do it, anyone can. Thanks Turbo Tax!!!

At the very end, after the "expert check" a box popped up where I needed to enter a number with no explanation of what it was; I had to search on Google. Other than that, everything was great.
