Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Breezy This year I had to file self employed taxes. I had no idea what to expect, but when I read about it online the whole process sounded daunting. As always Turbo Tax made it a simple task by walking you through each step of the process and offering explanations to unfamiliar terminology. The most important part and the one I appreciate the most was the option to debit your account to pay the IRS. The only thing is that I wish Turbo tax offered the option to make payments to the IRS on a quarterly basis that way we can avoid that fee.

She would patiently explain to me what I needed and was missing and where I could get my documents. She was super friendly and easy to communicate with, making the process a whole lot easier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is an acceptable product I find turbo tax more and more expensive. I am on the verge of looking for a less costly product. First the fee for the product then the fee for the state return. Even with a discount from a big box store for the basic product it is expensive. Not too many years ago you got both fed and state returns for one flat fee, Not now. Twenty five bucks is a rip off

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS POOR. IN 2020 & 2021 I have to send in my returns by mail. In 2020, i was told to send in my return by mail due to an internal problem with the turbo program. In 2021 the return was returned as the IRS said they could not identify me by the turbo tax data. They required me give my AGI from 2020. it was again rejected by the IRS. I have used Turbo tax for about 30 years, but this is my last year. Get your programing right.
