Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustration Until this year I would have given 5 stars. Several items I had to renter multiple times. It would tell me an item needed reviewed but wouldn’t take me back to the site I needed. I would have to sign in again to find it. Some items didn’t even come up the first time I had gone through it. After signing in again a new section would show up. Then it would show another item needed reviewed. I had to sign in again to get to it, and lo and behold another section appeared that wasn’t there before. Then whole sections that I had filled out would be blank and I had to fill them in again! It took me 6-7 hours to complete. I think this was all intentional in an attempt to get me to pay the extra fees. I have been using TurboTax for years, this may be my last.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is horrible. $60 turns into $140 horrible, overcharged for state filing. had to pay twice for a second state. took longer than doing it manually. Still think I did it wrong.
