I have been filing my taxes through Turbo Tax for many years now and was nervous about filing this year as there had been changes to the forms for Self Employment. I was able to get live help from an agent, Shakira, as she very patiently took me through the process and was able to help me finish filing my taxes with no further issues. Absolutely awesome and I very highly recommend using Turbo Tax!

They made it so easy and explained every step along the way. They also made me feel super confident that none of my information was going to be stolen, and it just overall was an amazing experience.
