Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easier than doing it by hand but still many flaws I've been using TurboTax for over a decade. It's easier than doing taxes by hand, but there are always a lot of UI issues that need ironing out. Additionally, with all the free alternatives available, sometimes buying TurboTax isn't the best alternative. I still enjoy the ease of use, though I wish the dev team would hire more UI/UX designers to smooth out the process and cover every little speed bump. I find myself going through the same pages over and over. This year, there was even a glitch that made entering numbers very difficult. And the number shown on screen was NOT the number shown in the form view. Had I not had the foresight to double check, I would be paying a whole lot more in taxes. This is unacceptable. I contacted TT support about this, but I'm unsure if they ever filed the issue since I found a way around it. I just expect more out of the software, and I wish it fully delivered. Overall, it's still good and I'll continue using TurboTax in the future.
