Rated 1 out of 5 by from First year of difficulties Every year until this year TT has served me well. Easy to use, intuitive for the most part and quick, even whilst entering my own data. This year, there were multiple rejected returns from fed and state due to numbers not matching. PIN #, EIN numbers, etc. It would seem to me that after working in the same place for 22 years and my wife being in the same place for 3 years, EIN for state and fed tax numbers should have just carried over. It was more than a little frustrating. I finally get my fed accepted, only to get my state rejected due to the lack of a software update. Having some computer skills, I locate an update patch and try to apply it. TT response says my computer doesn't have enough memory which is abjectly not true. I had to call and get specialist support. Hadele was very helpful though her phone sound quality was terrible, but we worked through that and now my state taxes are accepted. I had to spend way too much time and energy to achieve a fix, which makes the price i paid for being a loyal customer seem a little high!
