Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable Always I have been using TurboTax for about 7 years and their process is always easy and alway accurate. My ex husband and I share custody of our daughter and switch off who claims her every year, and TurboTax makes it incredibly easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! As a first time filer, I must saying filing taxes sounds like a pretty tedious process. I was encouraged to use a tax expert and not be involved in the process. I was sooooooooo close to taking that advice but I heard to TurboTax from my brother and a friend. I thought if they said it was simple then it might just be. I got LIVE assistance and the process took less than 30 minutes. I could go o and on but if this isn't a simple solution for a complex phenomena I don't know what is!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good with some Bugs Overall TurboTax makes it easy to file. However, there are some small things that I think need improvement. For example, this year there was an issue when trying to file where the Disaster payments would not let you change your selection. I contacted TurboTax customer service and they said they would email me once they had the issue resolved. The email that was sent looked like an add and not a resolution to an issue. Very minor issue. Still highly reccomend.
