Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years and tell everyone I talk with about taxes that they need to use it also. The very first time took me almost 8 hours...now if I didn't take a break I would probably be done in 1 to 1/2 hours. For the first time I needed help and a woman named Carolyn (sp) spoke with me. She was great!! Very personable, new her stuff. She's an asset to Turbo Tax.
