Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my 6th year using turbotax! I have always had a great experience using turbotax since I was 17yrs old! This year was the first time I needed help. I used the Live chat to talk to Latoya and she was a huge help. Can't wait to use it again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Incredible and amazing! My experience was excellent and very helpful. Everything was clear and I could do it myself and I'm old and don't know much about web etc. But the turbo tax is easy and clear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Expensive but consistently easy I have used Turbo Tax for the past twenty years. They have always been an easy way to do my taxes, especially while in the material and moving between different states. As a veteran, I find it expensive and a slap in the face that they took away the veteran's discount. They should continue to have this discount as well as discounts for people who fall in a low income category. Yes, I could file for free by doing it on the federal website, but after so many years, it is convenient to have all of my returns in the same place. It's cheaper than a CPA but on a limited income, I'd rather afford to buy food than pay the $$ to file a tax return where the fees take up half of what I'd get back.
