Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo is going downhill I started using Turbo Tax for free b/c my income is so low. It went from free to a significant increase each year since. It's getting way too expensive. Now, I get charged for filing in addition to a processing fee if I want it to come out of my refund. I may start using another company next year or just file directly through the IRS since they're free. My taxes are very simple, and I do the majority of the work. Reduce your prices, especially for those who've used you loyally for nearly a decade.
