I was phoned, by a real life person, they left a vmail, asking if I needed to assistance to follow directions in a sent email. I reviewed my tax information myself and was able to easily submit. Thank You

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Helpful but difficult I used the live feature and was connected to technical support who transferred me to a live tax agent, who had a bad signal and eventually lost the signal and disconnected from me. I used the feature again and was again transferred to technical support and transferred to an agent who assisted me with my questions and concerns.
