Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed help removing form 8995 Frustrating to say the least! I only needed to file a simple tax return with no business income. Turbo tax kept applying Form 8995 to my return and would not let me delete this form. Thankfully the customer service helped me remove the form by deleting the Carryover form which removed it for me allowing me to file. Thanks
