Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not let me get rid of Deluxe The app is easy to use sure, but it would not allow me to remove Deluxe when I didn't actually need it even though I hadn't made any payments yet. It took $80 out of my tax returns because of this and it is infuriating. Absolutely infuriating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The product is great, the secret fees aren't I've used Turbo Tax for years and the product is great. It's to the point and you don't linger on things you don't need. Last year I had a question and literally could not get through to customer service to save my life. This year, I had to try and get through to customer service again, but for different reasons. Could. Not. Get. Support. The product says you're getting charged this fee and that fee for the experts, but if you can't get through to customer service, how are you going to get to an expert? This will be my last year using Turbo Tax for this reason. But, besides needing support, the product does exactly what it says it will.
