Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finishing was more difficult than last year. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and it works well. But this year I had to back tract through more steps to add data or correct data. Correcting a date error in final run was frustrating.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo frustrations I received a 1099-DIV from a company with a payers federal identification number of 00-0000000. Turbo Tax would not accept this id and would not allow me to file it electronically.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problem downloading bank information After initially downloading some bank information successfully, I tried again to download from another institution. I tried to get help, but only saw comments that were same as mine. Finally, I termined that when I opened my partially completed tax file, it connected to "online" TurboTax. Since I had been using a CD TurboTax loaded on my laptop, I needed to open my CD version first and let it load my partially completed tax file. Only then, was I able to continue loading bank information without the download failing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from “Wordy” I went through every single step, paid for my taxes and picked efile; I’ve been waiting for an update on my return. I log in only to find Turbo Tax never actually submitted it! 3 weeks later, I almost missed the filing date because with all of Turbo Taxes steps and processes you let this one “slip through the cracks”. For what you charge, and as a longtime customer, I’m very disappointed in your service.
