Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great system - no worries once filed I order the Plus just to be on the safe side - I've never had to use your experts yet and I've been a customer for 8 years! My favorite aspect of your service is the explanation of each deduction/credit as I file. Really helpful in understanding my refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This software is awful, and also expensive TurboTax is way more expensive than it needs to be and doesn't add any value for normal filers. It's clunky to operate and fails to keep track of some of my information from year to year, which is the only reason I continue to stick with them. I would accept this performance for $20 a year but it cost me $108 to file this year, which is more than it should have cost if an actual human prepared these returns (it took only 20 minutes to complete)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy but not free Ive used turbo tax for all my tax returns and this is my last year. I have standard deductions and yet I had to pay $78. Didn't give me the option to select a free option anymore and you have to pay to pay!!!
