They could see my computer screen and told me what to click on and just eased my nerves. I wish everything was this easy!

The process is simple, the perks are endless and the live tax rep service is efficient and very helpful. I was always weary on if I even wanted to file my taxes via Turbotax but I am satisfied that I finally did!! Highly recommended! I will be going this route from here on out for sure.
