Rated 4 out of 5 by from High charges for state filings Program is easy to work with, quite expensive when you have to do multiple states and filling fees for some states is also high. May have to discontinue using if rates keep increasing. Would also like to see the number of allowable returns (federal) increased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, stuck in loop from 2021 Tax experts were quite helpful. Talked to 3 experts about a loop that I found myself in 2021 and now again in 2022. Looking up the issue they said I did everything right and the software will not let them or myself to fix the issue and I will not be able to E-file because of this issue. They said I will have this issue every year until Turbotax fixes this issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many glitches year after year I ran into several instances where there were glitches in their software. They continue to sell their software but have yet to update or fix known errors. I had to go to help forums for known errors that occur year after year. If I am spending hours researching how I can manually work around these errors, I'm better off taking it to a cpa and let them handle everything. Also, thank you for contributing to inflation unnecessarily. I keep all of my old installation cd's. The price went up exactly 20% last year to this year (79.88 to 95.88 for Home & Business). Was there really that much updating (that you didn't do) to put into affect? Doubtful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Quick Was fairly simple even with buying and sold stocks this past year and even had one issue and their live experts were able to help get the issue resolved within minutes so I could move forward with getting my taxes filed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much money I have been using turbo tax for many years and have always had an easy time. I will give credit that the website is great and easy to navigate. It also makes doing taxes easy and that is why I have used them for many years. However, charging $139 this year for a simple tax return is ridiculous. I have only one employer, no dependents, no state taxes and am single. There are zero difficulties with my tax return. I will not be using turbo tax next year.
