Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a good program. I Filers can't e-file their taxes if there is not any taxes due or owed. That is just more paper work for the IRS, State and City. Is this a Turbo Tax issue or a IRS issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating to change your processing fee. They make it difficult to change the amount on which feature you want to use. I wanted to change it to basic from deluxe but they make you start your tax return completely over if you want to do that. Obviously a way to make it inconvenient enough that you don’t want to bother with it.
