Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great! Turbo tax tis easy to understand. I had a question and requested them call me. They called right away. I had a man share my screen and walk me all the way through the return. I didn't expect him to to that. He went above and beyond.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Many complications I spent about 3 hours on the phone with helpers, not about the details of my tax situation, but about getting it to charge me the right amount. Supposedly next year I will get a 30%-50% discount if I go with TurboTax again, but....time will tell.

I started using Turbo last year when I filed as an independent for the first time and it made it all so incredibly easy. This company is amazing at what they do!
