Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the upgrade I've been using Turbo Tax for years but this is the first time I decided to upgrade to get live support and it was great. I love being able to ask all my questions and have someone take their time and not rush through the answers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Constant upsells and surprise fees Very frustrating navigating the constant attempts at upsells, only to be met with a "deluxe" upsell at the end of my taxes with no options for downgrading. Then surprised with an extra fee to pay my already unwanted balance with my tax refund. Don't surprise people with fees like this, it should have been clearly explained before selecting the option. Things like this make me want to use a different service that doesn't nickel and dime its own customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I need and LOVE Turbo Tax I have been utilizing Turbo Tax for years. It's user friendly, provide clarity, and utilizes your saved information for future uses. I enjoy having the additional support when needed, as well as "emotional" check-in (emojis) while completing your return. I will continue to recommend Intuit to family and friends.
