Rated 4 out of 5 by from So-so I think the information boxes could include examples. When it asks about medical expenses, is that regular doctor visits? with or without insurance? I didn't understand that part clearly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and very uncomplicated I've used and overpaid for live tax preparers with HR Block. While they have decent customer service, they're basically using an online software, so why not me? I switched to HR Block online. More convenient, but still not as cost effective as i would have liked. A family member recommended TurboTax and i was quite impressed with their pay scale options. This is my second year, and it was really easy, the program does most of the work and reminds you and lets you go back and make changes at any time. I'm happy with it.
