Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is user friendly but the fees add up :/ Turbotax is very user friendly. This is my first time filing taxes and it could seem overwhelming but TurboTax goes through each step individually which makes it seem less overwhelming. The fees add up though - I thought I was only paying for the upgrade-Deluxe $40. But it turns out federal costs $40, state costs $40 and then the upgrade was $40 so the combined fees cost me $120 at the end. ***The Deluxe is actually $120 and not $40 and I wish TurboTax would just say that. They don't tell you the combined fees until the very end which is very inconsiderate. I think TurboTax should be adding up the fees as you go through the form just like they add up your state and federal refunds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from length of time to update the update took a long time. approx over 30 min. . I had to wait to long for the update. beside that i have used turbo tax for years. loved it. but this year took long time to down load updates.

I love Turbo Tax, it's always a good idea, when you do your own taxes, to do them on two different sites to check for accuracy, so I did and realized I made a big mistake, but I easily cleared everything on Turbo and re-did them to compare what I owed. Costs 20$ more than other site, but I saved a couple hundred with Turbo.
