Rated 1 out of 5 by from E-File state. It took two days and two LONG phone calls to receive my state e-File confirmation number. A confirmation number was not required in previous years. The cost was simply charged to my credit card.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrifying experience!!!! pleas ewatch out for sneaky hidden fees, like the 40 dollar charge to pay with return. absolutely ridiculous. also they charge you 90 dollars for the same thing as the free service except they say heres online help you dont need. indeed laughable. i hate i used this service.
