Rated 1 out of 5 by from cost more to do it online????? I purchased the program at Costco. I have tried 4 computers and it will not work on any of them. I have called support 4 times with no help after long wait times. I ended up doing them online which cost me an extra $40 and now I have to figure out how to get my money back for the CD I purchased. Extremely frustrating and disappointing after many previous, painless, tax seasons.

I have used TurboTax for a number of years now and I recommend it to everyone I know - it is so easy to use, walks you through all of the possible situations, does all the calculations for you, wraps in easy filing, payment and audit defend. I will continue using TurboTax forever.
