Rated 5 out of 5 by from super fast and easy Super fast and easy to use. Turbo Tax was able to find my work forms with all my wages and it only took 10 mins to finish!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time I filled my own taxes This is the first thing me I filed my own taxes. I was really nervous about it, I didn't want to mess up. The program was super easy to navigate, but just like I feared I ended up messing up on it not understanding what the disaster relief part of the questionnaire ment and chose the wrong option. There was an error message when I tried to complete my return, but it was all resolved with the help of the customer service rep I spoke to and now I'm all set taxes filed and feeling confident about it. I definitely recommend turbo tax based on my experience so far, it definitely beats paying hundreds of dollars to pay someone else to file them for me. Now we will see how quickly they get my return to me.
