Turbo Tax is AWESOME!!!!!!!!I've been using Turbo Tax for YEARS and it keeps getting better and easier and even FUN! But I never trust myself and always have a Turbo Tax Export co-browse and answer any questions I may have and we talk it through so I file with complete confidence. This year I worked w/ HEATHER and we did great together. She was fabulous and patient.

major mistakeI've used TurboTax for years and generally like it, but they made a big mistake on Oregon tax returns this year and forced all customers to make changes to resubmit and deal with a delayed return. Then the amount of return dropped when resubmitting.
