Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but.. Turbo Tax was easy to use however I selected the fee option but when you get to the end in order to process it said I needed to purchase the “Deluxe” option. So it is not free but still cheaper do it it myself.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not The Same I ended up paying for LIVE even though I didn't select that option. Also, what is the purpose of it if I am doing the return? Who is actually helping me? I paid $167 to file regular taxes I could have paid someone to do them for me cheaper. Also, why do I have to pay to receive direct deposit?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service--Will definitely use again. I love being able to do our taxes myself. Turbo Tax asks all the right questions to make sure I submit the needed info, but also get as many deductions as I honestly can.
