Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is quite good. I have used Turbo Tax in the past and had no issues. This year I experienced some confusing issues which made me have to start all over. I've never had this issue before. On a good note, I was glad to actually see the 1040 form and state form use to do my taxes and make copies. The E-file forms of the past left room for improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for those with simple taxes As a person with only one W-2 and very few other forms that include 1098-E and 1099-INC this product has always been simple to use and to understand. I've used it for the past 8 yrs and have yet to be contacted by the IRS for any auditing purposes. I trust this product's security and privacy measures and though I've not needed the online support, I appreciate that its made available to me if the occasion were to ever arise. I'll more than likely continue to use TurboTax in the future unless something unforeseen happens either in my life or with their service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job Turbo Tax I have used Turbo tax now for 5 years and I have never had a real issue getting my returns done. Even when I hit a problem which is usually my fault support is there to help me fix the problem. Great program and support, would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worst experience I have ever had with Turbo Tax I filed my brothers and my return. On my brother's it would not submit the final copy and kept saying there was an error on the address of his W2 and the ID number. The problem is that the information is what was listed on the W2. I had to fake an address other than the one listed on the W2 to make it go through to be submitted. I also had to remove the ID number so it would process. On my return it kept saying there was an error on the Form 1116 in the amount that I had listed ($494.00). However, that was the amount listed on my forms. To get Turbo Tax to submit my federal tax forms I had to go back and read and complete Form 1116 on my own. I am unsure if it is correct or not but at least I was allowed to submit it. I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out and I have never had an issue until this year. Not accepting the information that the tax payer was provided is a problem that should not happen.
