Rated 4 out of 5 by from So easy to file I have used Turbo tax for the last 5-6 years and have had no issues. It's easy enough to use and when I needed advise I was able to talk to someone live. Nearly everyone I talked to were very knowledgeable and friendly. The price to file is very reasonable except when I help others file I see lower prices than I am being charged. Even when I try using the low price links I am taken back to my pages with the same prices. Disappointed as a regular customer I don't get cost breaks. Especially since I have helped numerous people file and frequently suggest Turbo tax to them. Last thing I noticed I could file through Credit Karma and rec my refund sooner, no fee's charged sounds like a great option but there wasn't enough info to make a decision
