Rated 1 out of 5 by from What's wrong with your State of Virginia software? I got a notification from TurboTax that there was a problem with my state return - rejected. Logged in to my account. Your web page stated it would walk me through the corrections. It did not. I got through to the refile page, refiled the return, and I still have no idea what was wrong or if anything was corrected. This is YOUR software problem, yet I must correct whatever is wrong. But your software is dead silent about any of the issues, and totally confusing about what I am supposed to do to correct it. You are a huge company with a giant staff of programmers. I simply do not understand why you can't get things right the first time. Nor can I understand why the correction of YOUR errors has to be so confusing. Don't you even exercise these programs before you roll them out? What an amateur operation. How can I trust you again? You had one JOB.......

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Simple I knew that our tax situation would be manageable for me to prepare. But, TurboTax made the process easier than I could have imagined. The questions were intuitively asked and help was always available to help answer any questions I had doubt about. Genius!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Massive Headaches e-filing for State I'm a very long term TurboTax and quicken customer... Overall I'd give them a very good rating, but this year they really screwed it up. They botched the state e-filing- because of a significant software bug. They were slow to admit that, and the hurried patch they rolled out was buggy and crashed. They gave incomplete instructions on what to do, as well. Really poorly done. The only plus: Their executive management finally stepped up (for me anyway) and provided some relief.
