Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fairly good I've used TurboTax for several years now, and unfortunately 2020 tax return was the most frustrating although nothing had really changed our end. There was a glitch in the carry over from Federal to NY State, and it required me to enter a "total distribution" amount in Box 16 on 1099-R (which was blank on my 1099-R). It was a simple fix, but took me two hours to figure it out by finally asking the right question on the online help.
