Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still need an accountant to understand... Still need an accountant to understand many of the entry fields. There are many helpful hints/information but I depended heavily on internet searches. The Federal return was OK but support for Mass returns were sparse and unhelpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Have used TurboTax for many years and will continue to do so. The only ongoing issue I have is regarding updates throughout the tax filing season. It is no longer easy to identify what has changes with each update. In prior years a link under the update would take me directly to an explanation of what had been changed or corrected. That is no longer available which makes it very hard to know if the latest changes are affecting my return. I hope this issue is addressed soon. Have seen many complaints about it in the forums.
