Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nickel and Dime you I feel like TurboTax nickel and dimes you at every avenue they can. It is not my fault that I have two different states to file in, yet I had to pay $40 twice due to the fact that my husband's place of work is centered out of state and we pay that state's taxes even though we do not work/live there. If I already pay to file state taxes, it shouldn't have to be a separate charge each time. Also, when we called the help center because the system would not file our taxes online, the person said that there were no issues he could see. There was a large issue, we did not know/understand that we had to file a separate state tax at that time since we have never had to file out of state before. This was an incredibly stressful experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great! So easy to use, imports info., very affordable, all around an simple experience for taxes. We used to pay H&R Block, but it was nearly $400 last time... plus, it took forever in a tiny cubicle with our kids, and there were often mistakes. After that, we tried TurboTax and we haven't gone back since!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missed an $800 State Tax, now must amend I prepared as usual but walking thorugh each of the guided returns and the guide does not ask about Food Pantry contributions in missouri that provides a refundable credit of 50% of the contribution.
