Rated 5 out of 5 by from customer service options offered I like the Live and chat customer service support offered, expert tax agents, detailed and accurate record of tax information, the ease of being able to attach W2 to application to save time on manually inputting information, customer agents are pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future and will recommend it to anyone filing employment taxes only, not for business unless you are a tax savvy expert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax!! I have used TurboTax for several years now. I always get the biggest returns and it has to be the easiest way to file. You have all the information/resources you need. On top of that if you want to spend the money, you get even more helpful advice and resources. I don’t know why people would use anything but TurboTax.
