TurboTax is a disappointment.I was led to believe that your services were free, but they are not. Additionally, one of my 2020 returns was rejected because something needed to be updated. Then I was directed to resubmit my taxes for that return, something that I have not had to do in previous years. I am no longer sure of Turbotax, and will be filing my taxes on my own next year.
