There's still certain things that could use work, for example, they ask you for a ton of details about exemptions that they could check the applicability of in advance. I think some of this disconnect comes from making you enter things on Federal, that MAY apply to the state (come on, just check it first) but it's already 10x better then it was when I started using it, and I expect it will get better every year.
