Rated 3 out of 5 by from glitch in your system this year Was not able to efile easily because your system did not see my efile from 2021 - but yet my tax return is in your system because I can see it in my account. I waited for nearly two hours to speak with a specialist to help me. In the end I had to check the box that I filed with a different company (not true). Very frustrating. Your specialist Jen was very good to work with

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Software Stop asking users to pay money in order to use basic functions of this poorly managed software. Asking someone to "upgrade" for $100 every 10 seconds is incredibly annoying and indicative that your product is designed to prey on unaware. What a joke of a company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okay I am disappointed that TurboTax now charges over $100 but does not offer much help for simple questions. Even when prompted to ask for hints or tips for definitions and questions, there aren't immediate answers. And maybe due to many users, but it took over an hour and 45 minutes because it kept asking me to review the same parts over and over when nothing different was entered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased My keyboard is on its last legs, but somehow we (my keyboard and I) finished the return before the deadline. Thank goodness TurboTax is patient and allows "do overs." I've been using TurboTax for many years and appreciate that it keeps track of previous years' data. My very last step was to pay the $25 to e-file the state return, and for whatever reason, I could not get any of the keystrokes to register. I called TurboTax 800 number and was able to reach a representative who was also patient and eventually got my keyboard to register the confirmation number. Very pleased it all worked out.
