Needs a program changeBecause the IRS can send a direct deposit for the EIP money, a program change needs to initiated in order to enter your ABA and checking account number on the tax returns if your tax liability is Zero or your refund is Zero. Otherwise, you have to wait for a check in the mail or a debit card. (The debit card can have charges and maximum withdrawals for a bank that is not authorized to process an EIP card.)
