I will admit the process is relatively easy but every year I seem to have one thing, that changes every year, that disqualifies me from using their "Free" returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is GREAT! Very user friendly software. There is an error in the 1099-R questions/entry where it says to enter the STATE of NC tax withheld in BOX 14. It is BOX 12 on my 1099-R.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Moderate Result I have always enjoyed using Turbo Tax but this year, I had difficulties with the software. The W2 import did not work as intended so I had to input manually. The edit function did not always work and there was some frustration with using the software .I have always enjoyed using Turbo Tax before with no issues but not this year. The live experts were very helpful on both occasions and helped me to resolve my issue. I would normally rate the product as a 5 but this year due to all the technical issues, I am rating a 3.
