Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Makes Filing Easy I've used TurboTax for years and I've always had a great experience. I went through some significant personal difficulties one year and I neglected to get my taxes filed on time, so for the first time ever I was faced with needing to file a late return during the following year. I was able to download a copy of the correct software from TurboTax and import my previous tax information as usual. Everything went very smoothly until I was asked one question at the end that I've never been asked before and I didn't know how to answer. The customary "help" link wasn't there to assist me, so I struggled for a little bit on that one. I finally called TurboTax and spoke with a very knowledgeable and kind expert, who was able to help me find what I needed and get moving again. I assume the difficulty is just because I was working with older software, because I've never had that problem before. TurboTax is fabulous, and I would recommend it to anyone - just be sure to file your taxes on time to avoid strange questions!
