Customer service is not good at allI called customer service to discuss canceling my payment for the turbo tax and the representative put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I never got any customer service after waiting over 37 minutes for someone to call me from customer service. Waste of time.

Turbo Tax is easy to use.Answers to questions were very clear. Only problem I had was it did not give me option to check for updates. Whenever I opened the program it automatically checked for updates even if I had recently done so.

Not very helpful with resolving app issues, 35 mintook 35 minutes to get a callback from support and all i had to do is close out and restart the return to gain access to my intuit purchaes
