Rated 3 out of 5 by from An Issue This Year Things generally go smoothly with Turbo, but this year my California state return has been held up, due to an issue with one of the forms. I'm hoping to find out shortly if the state has accepted my re-submitted form.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Review When I did my taxes, there were a lot of little items from 1099 to review even though I imported the data.Caused unnecessary time. Also, asked me about 1099 R. I did not have a distribution unlike 2019 because RMD was not required in 2020. However, program kept asking me about this. Grrrrr! Also, the cost was $190 which is about 40% of what I pay an EA so the price is getting to the point that I will consider an EA and avoid the frustration of doing my taxes with Turbo..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees There was zero disclaimer in regards to the $40 fee in paying for the upgrade through my return. Then upon realizing it, i was unable to change my payment option. My only option was to restart my entire return from scratch. There's no reason why anyone shouldn't be able to change their payment option. I appreciate this program, but that's a huge red stain on you for me. Thanks for the waste of time/money.
