The AI has gotten significantly better every year. This year, I enjoyed the more detailed pop outs about what each deduction was for, particularly because I started my business this year and the examples of deductions by type were very helpful to my confidence in filing. I had a couple of questions, so I chatted with a live rep who helped me find the answers I needed.
