The system provide guidance on step by step process to complete your returns and always available experts to help. I encountered a problem with my returns and ask for help and an expert immediately provided assistance. They call you in less than 5 minutes and guide you through. Great service.

I was very nervous that I was going to miss something but they made it easy to understand and make sure that I didn't skip a single step. Thanks, TurboTax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is OK Turbo tax Deluxe is Ok, but could be a bit easier to use. Its a shame that the State Taxes, which are far easier, cost more than the Federal Tax. It would be nice if Turbo Tax could provide Loyal users with a better price on State taxes, when they purchase the Deluxe for Federal.
