Rated 3 out of 5 by from hidden fee at end Everything was going fine until i saws the $40 dollar fee for using the taxes to pay for my return. I wanted live help at one point and had to wait until Saturday for an appointment. They gave an option to have a live expert but i had to get the $95 tier package. I had no choice since I already was 2 hours into my taxes and am not too sure on doing them on my own. At the end i never even got them reviewed by someone before finalizing! Turbotax would be better if they were just upfront about these things instead of having you waste your time putting all the information in and then saying oh hey guess what its not free for you so you have to pay.
