Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheated I have used turbo tax for 10 years now, 2021 was the first year I missed the deadline to file. Turbo Tax recommended I download the software in order to file. After I paid and downloaded the 2021 desktop version it states that I have to paper file. Why instruct me to downloaded software that could not help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took 3 days! Never had an issue with turbo tax but this year, had a heck of a time e-filing. Used 3 different computers and 3 days to finally get taxes done. May have to think about going a different route next year.
